I’ve been slipping these on every weekend for the past six months and they’ve become my go to for formal dress. Right out of the box they felt very comfortable and stayed that way through long afternoons and evenings out. I bought them for the look and because I didn’t want to fuss with tying laces, and the no tie setup delivers a clean, put together appearance without the hassle. After a few wears my dog decided the original laces were fair game so I swapped them for a different set and the shoes took the change in stride, which made me appreciate how easy they are to personalize. Comfort has held up well over time and the construction still looks solid after half a year of regular use. I liked them enough to pick up the black pair as well and I recommend them if you want a smart casual shoe that slips on, looks sharp, and doesn’t demand much maintenance. These are really nice-looking shoes and feel comfortable right out of the box. The design is clean and modern, and the elastic lace system makes them easy to slip on while still looking dressy. Overall, the quality is good and they’re lightweight on the feet. I ended up returning them because I personally don’t like breathable leather, especially since I often wear shoes in the rain and during evening hours. The breathable material didn’t feel like the best choice for wet conditions, and I prefer shoes that offer more protection from moisture. That said, if you’re looking for a stylish, lightweight shoe for dry weather, office wear, or casual outings, these could be a great option. The shoes are nice, the fit is right, and they are comfortable, HOWEVER, they are NOT leather as described and they are not a glossy black as pictured. I’m keeping them because they will do the job and i need them this weekend, but the picture and description is not accurate or true.
