I bought a pair similar to this a few years ago and boy have they improved. The first day I wore them the comfort really exceeded my expectations. I was expecting them to have to break in like my first pair but with these ones that was not the case no rubbing, blisters, or breaking them in. There is good traction on the bottom for walking on ice and I will definitely be buying more shoes from Stacy Adams in the future. This looks like a well constructed shoe. But I won't know how it wears because I had to return it. I have wide feet. I look for EEE width, which is rare and generally limited to black. I needed a certain color, so I took a chance on this pair labeled EE. It's narrow. If you take an EE width, this shoe probably isn't going to work - unless perhaps your foot is just a little wider than a standard D width. Just don't assume your search for the perfect shoe is over when you place the order for this shoe in EE width if you have truly wide feet. This model may not fit the bill. ... show more
