This was and still is a bad experience. The so call new shoes came with creases in the shoe vamp areas above the toe box. As you can see in the pictures the creases are deep. Unfortunate for me I tried to get the crease out by trying to use shoe wax and buffing them but it didn't work. The picture of the cognac colored shoe has been worn 6 times and no creases. I would have returned them but I didn't know that if we alter the shoe in any form they can not be returned. I will take the hit on that. For the amount of money I spent on these Stacy Adams sold by ZAPPOS I should have at least gotten a new pair in the beginning. The shoes are great other wise. Check the information on returning a product before using it.
