First the good. These are incredibly comfy boxers to wear. The material is wicked soft and almost feels like silk. That alone bumps up the rating a bit. However the problem comes in the pouch. I bought these specifically for the pouch in front. However the area that you're supposed to put your netherbits is almost flush up against the front of the boxers, so it doesn't really work all that great. This is the first pair of pouch boxers I actually have to reach in and adjust to have it work the way it should. Haven't had this issue in several other brands I have owned. Now that doesn't mean there's no support whatsoever. But if you're going in with these thinking you're in the chaffing clear, then you may be disappointed. There are much better products out there with the pouch "technology" that I would suggest before buying these, if that is what you're looking for. But if the pouch is just a nice thing to have but not necessary, then I definitely suggest these! I could have given this 3 stars as the pouch was what I was looking for, but decided to bump it up to 4 just on shear comfort alone. Note: These do not have a slot to go to the bathroom. So if you stand up to do a #1, you will need to pull the boxers down instead of having the ability to stick your twig out of the normal hole in the boxers. I found that annoying as well.

My husband works very active jobs and used to struggle with chaffing really bad and no longer does. They were a more affordable alternative compared to other brands. He loved these so much we ordered a second pack in different colors! Fit true to size!

As usual, Spyder material is fantastic. The “ball capturing” lacks. The “ball capturing” pocket design, is ineffective. (This design might be a better fit for; sagging peanut size balls.) The “V” portion of pocket is, too shallow & too much angle.
