It looks exactly like the picture. No chips. Nothing damaged like some of the other comments said so that’s good because I was starting to get nervous after buying it lol. I think it’s a child’s snow board though…. Which is okay with me because the weight limit is 150 and that’s perfect for me. So If you’re a little bigger than that I suggest researching a little more and finding the right board for you. Other than that, great quality. Definitely excited to try it.     • Can’t get it to make a straight run down the hill!

I had high expectations for this sled. It is very sturdy & excellent quality. The problem is that it needs a specific type of snow to go down the hill properly. My son continuously gets spun around every time he goes down. Not sure how this could be fixed except to take off the “runner” on the bottom. Edges and bottom of board had significant damage. Bottom had 3 deep gouges, about 6 to 8 inches long and roughly 1/16th of an inch deep.
