These discs were surprisingly good for being cheap knock offs from Amazon. My family and I were able to use them to get into disc golf. The quality of the plastic is surprisingly good and soft to the touch. The discs throw as they are rated. Overall, if you want to get into disc golf, I would recommend this purchase as I have seen beginner discs that are much much worse. I still hold a few of these in my disc bag along with my disc craft, Innova, latitude 64, and other name brand discs. I often use it for shots if there’s a chance to lose the disc in water. Nice solid quality disc's. Carry bag is just OK. Water bottle holder could be a smudge bigger to accommodate a bigger bottle and the shoulder strap could use another couple feet of length to be really good. Otherwise no complaints especially for the budget beginner.

EDIT: I have changed my original star rating due to ABSOLUTELY AMAZING customer service! There is no such thing as good customer service when all that is one is someone selling something. True customer service comes after the initial sale. This company has a level of service that I have rarely seen. THEY REACHED OUT TO ME, not the other way around, when I was not happy with the mesh holder on the bag (see below). They made it right, and I am now one completely happy and sold customer. I definitely recommend doing business with this company. The bag itself has held up for the couple of weeks that my two foster boys have been enjoying it, but the water mesh on the side for holding a water bottle broke the very first day. That is unacceptable and lost two stars. The other stars are because my husband, who is the disc golfer in the family, said that the discs themselves are well made and fly very well for a beginner set.

First, I'd like to say that this is not necessarily a bad set of discs. It is, however, very confusing, and not really for beginners. I'll start with what's good about them, then I'll move on to what's bad about them, and finally, I'll talk about what's just plain strange! So for the good: this set is a great value! Two sets of discs for around $40 with a bag and a mini marker is awesome! I ultimately chose this specific set above others with similar values because of a combination of the positive reviews on this set, and because the markings on these discs are different enough to help keep track of who throws what even when throwing the same disc type. The plastic in this set seems to be an okay quality and has pretty good grip but it does show damage quickly. The discs also feel decent in the hands. The putter and the midrange discs feel decent to throw. Both have a strong fade at the end of their flight, but fly mostly straight at higher speeds. Unfortunately, there is still some bad about this set. The plastic on these discs begins to show scuffs and scrapes almost immediately, but it is at least firm enough to avoid warping so far. The bag is cheaply made, but functional. The big problem I have with this set is not the build quality, but the disc selection. As a set marketed for beginners, the putter and midrange might not be the best choices, but those are serviceable. The driver on the other hand is not at all beginner friendly. My entire family took turns throwing these discs and all of them expressed that they particularly did not enjoy throwing the driver compared to other disc golf drivers they have thrown. The driver has a lot of fade and requires a lot more speed than we can generate. Even when you really rip it, this driver still feels like it will drop quickly and significantly hinder your ability to get distance. The midrange throws a lot farther and straighter for a beginner, and is much easier to control. My family was extremely frustrated at the end of the day after using these discs. Eventually, they decided to share one of my dad's nicer drivers and just kept the ones from this set in the bag. They did continue to use the putter and midrange, which they also didn't love, but they thought those were at least okay. My own personal experience with these discs was exactly the same, and I added about +5-7 strokes to my usual score while using these. If I had stopped using the driver, I might have come away with a better score. Now for the strange... I think these are really Xcom Discs? The Bennu, Zion, and Eden are Xcoms current lineup. The Sailfish, Volador, and Grampus are what XCOM used to call those same discs. I think that these are just rebranded Xcom Discs, which is probably also how they are PDGA approved (at least so it says on the box.). However, the names of these are mixed up! As an example, the Bennu is Xcoms putter. In this set, the Bennu stamp is used for the driver. Either this brand has a deal with Xcom and is allowed to change stamps, or these are just straight knockoffs and don't actually have any relation to Xcoms slightly more reputable name. Either way, it's a little odd.. In the end, I wouldn't really recommend these discs, especially to a beginner. I think most beginners will be frustrated, especially with the driver. If you reallyyyy want them, I'd probably just get them directly from Xcom to make sure you're really getting the real deal.
