I could not stop laughing when I found this costume. My boyfriend and I bought two in different colors for Halloween. We only went out in them once or twice and got soo many laughs. They are perfect, joke costumes. AMAZING. Pretty easy to take on and off once you see how you have to shimmy into it. My boyfriend is 5'10 and I'm 5'5. It fit us both perfectly. Only downside: it is a giant, inflatable, enclosed costume. That being said, for the parties we went to we would bring an extra costume to change into after about 20 minutes. This is because: 1. it can get hot/stuffy in the costume after a long time. 2. you cannot eat or drink while in the costume. Sidenote: I have claustrophobia so knowing I was buying a fully enclosed inflatable costume was making me really really nervous. Truthfully though, I never felt claustrophobic in the costume AS LONG AS the fan was continually going. Make sure to use good batteries for high fan speed to keep the inflatable going. And when you are getting in and out of the costume have somebody help you.

The costume was a hit! My grandson and I wore them for vacation bible school this year and got so many compliments! Good quality and arrived quickly. The only reason for 4 stars is because I believe one of the costumes was a return and not a new item (it still worked well) and the fact that the costume is extremely hot! We were standing outside in the Texas heat welcoming kids and their families and it was unbearably hot. These costumes are definitely for indoor use. If used outdoors, they should be used in cooler temperatures.

Hit of the evening - kids went crazy for it and parents thought it was hilarious. Fan inside the costume kept it relatively cool, but the leg holes were a little tight and the face window would fog up very easily. Overall, definitely worth the purchase and will use again for other events.

The media could not be loaded. The moment, the very moment that I saw this product on Amazon I knew that I had to have it. It was so reasonably priced, but in that instant I knew that I would pay any price that was asked of me to receive what was being offered. It awoke something primal in my heart, and I knew I would not know peace or contentment until I felt my body slide into this strange red tube, and felt the fan kick on, and be dissolved into the mystery that is the Deluxe Inflatable Air Dancer Costume. To become the wacky waving inflatable arm flailing tube man I’ve always been in my heart, but never outwardly. When it arrived in its humble brown box, I opened it, and I heard it call to me. Until that moment I had thought that I was going to own this costume, but I never suspected that I’d give myself over to a new identity so completely. In the words of Gene Belcher, “THIS IS ME NOW.” My friends and family say that I’m a completely different person. A cooler person. A taller person. A person with better hair. I could never have expected that I’d become one with this entity so quickly. Before I took on my new life as the Inflatable Air Dancer, I was a little heavy, at 5’8” and 260 pounds. The costume is a little snug around my belly, and the elastic around the leg holes is pretty intense and leaves slight red marks on my thighs. I just pretend I’m becoming red because I’m becoming one with him. The stitching is decent. The material isn’t very thick, so be careful when you put it on if you’re a little bit on the thick side. 10/10 would give my soul over to a Spirit of Air again.

The media could not be loaded. I think this is a great costume for its value. I did not have issues putting on/taking off the costume by myself. I even attached a video of me putting on the costume and taking it off in under 3 minutes. However, if you have difficulties reaching behind your head/shoulders, you are definitely going to need some help. The arms actually are open and you can hike them up to expose your hands so you can use them, which made it really easy for me to put on the costume. The audio in my video has issues and keeps changing in volume. My apartment is very quiet so I think it was amplifying what little sound the fan made. The fan is not loud at all. The material makes some noise, but I would say it sounds just like someone walking around in a windbreaker. This was a major concern for me since I want to wear this to work, but don’t want to be a distraction since I work in a quiet office. Lastly, the fan is plugged in via usb cable to a battery pack. This is essentially a plastic container with an on/off switch that holds 4 batteries that powers a USB port. I have my own portable charger about the same size as the provided battery pack, so I will probably just use that. There is a pouch inside the suit to take the battery pack in and out, and my portable chargers fits just fine in it. This might solve some of the battery issues some people are having. I wouldn’t recommend buying a portable charger just to use this costume, since batteries will last you just fine for a night of trick or treating, but it is a great alternative if you have one. I will say if you have issues with enclosed spaces or claustrophobia, this costume might make you uncomfortable. It is very roomy when inflated and inflates really quick. However, you do have to be fully enclosed in the deflated costume before it can start filling. I fully recommend this costume to anyone. I am comfortable wearing it, material has a decent thickness, a great value for your money, and most important it’s hilarious!!
