This light bar kit is a perfect addition or your off road rig providing ample light when you're out on the trail in the evenings. I utilized these as ditch lights and split the pair between right and left. I set these up so 1 is firing side front and the second on that side is firing more forward to blend with my power lights on the front of my vehicle. These lights do a great job of assisting and adding coverage allowing me to see all challenges that await. These lights provide a nice beam pattern with a nice level cutoff but they should still not be used on public roadways with oncoming traffic. I find the quality for these lights to be very good and I would almost put the quality of the casing against a diode dynamic light of the same style. I don't feel they're quite as bright but the construction is just as good. These lights are a great bargain at $200 for four 4 inch lights that can be linked together to form a light bar or separated to install in different areas.

I added this light bar setup to my off road vehicle, and it looks really sharp on the front bumper. The amber DRL gives it a nice custom look during the day, while the main white beam is very bright at night. I like having both high and low beam options because it gives more control depending on the road or trail. The amber covers are useful too, especially for fog, dust, or just changing the style a little. The housings feel solid, and the included DT wiring harness makes the install cleaner than starting from scratch. It does require some assembly before mounting, but the finished setup looks professional. Overall, these are great lights for off road use and add both function and style.

This light bar was installed in my truck for off roading purposes, and its brightness is simply amazing. The high/low beams function are helpful as not always maximum brightness is needed, but still available when the road/trail becomes darker. In addition, the amber daytime running lights give an additional aggressive look to the front part of the vehicle even in daylight. There are amber covers provided in the package, and they can be used as additional equipment in case the user needs other light color in fog or dust conditions. The housing seems robust and wiring harness helps in installation since the entire installation process can be done easier than when assembling each part separately. The unit requires some assembly, so the user should put all the parts on the table prior to installation.

This is a bright set that is best suited for off-roading *if* you plan to use the white light portion. We found the white projected lights to be too bright for regular road use when mounted on top of the truck, even on the low beam (half circle illuminated) setting. The DRL (daytime running light) mode, however, isn't too bright for everyday driving and would work well mounted on the roof, grille, or similar locations. The light pattern is projected as a flat horizontal beam rather than a circular spot. Switching to the high beam (full circle illuminated) increases the brightness, but the beam shape stays the same. Before mounting them, we tested the lights by touching the wire ends directly to the vehicle battery. Since the vehicle wasn't running, the DRL mode wasn't active during testing, but it does work when the vehicle is running. The pods can either be linked together or mounted individually on a crossbar which allows for further spacing. The only limitation is how far apart they can be spaced because the individual pod wires merge into a single harness. I originally considered spreading all four pods across a 60-inch crossbar, but the wiring to each pod isn't long enough unless you cut open the outer wire loom where the four cables are bundled together. From memory, I'd estimate the maximum spacing between the two outer pods is around 4 feet. The build quality is excellent and comparable to professional grade lighting we've purchased directly from manufacturers. The thick lenses, sturdy metal housings, and heavier gauge wiring all give me confidence that these should hold up well for years.

This light bar puts out a strong amount of brightness and really improves visibility for off-road or rural driving. The hi/lo beam function is useful for adjusting between wide coverage and more focused distance lighting, and the amber DRL adds a nice safety and visibility touch during daytime use. Once installed, it feels sturdy and holds up well on rough terrain. Installation can take some time, especially getting the wiring harness and mounts set up cleanly, so it’s not exactly a quick plug-and-play job. The size also means you’ll want to make sure you’ve planned mounting space carefully before purchase. Overall, it’s a powerful, versatile lighting setup that performs well once installed, with only the usual installation effort and setup complexity to consider.

These lights are absolutely amazing. I love these lights. They were very easy to install and put together. They are also a great value for your money and you will not regret getting these. The look of them seems intimidating at first, but they are well worth the time to put these together. The quality is great. They are very durable and sturdy. Once turned on, they are super bright and the lights on them are just absolutely amazing. They work very well and I would highly recommend these if you’re looking for a different lighting for anything that you have around your house or vehicles. This would be a great addition to pretty much anything.

I fitted the light bar on my pickup’s front bumper, and the change in the evening is significant. High beam provides good lighting at night, while low beam gives me better vision without blinding me. The amber DRL ring is another thing I like about the light bar since it adds more style to the front. The individual pods and mounting hardware feel sturdy, and the aluminum housings seem well made. The included wiring harness saved me from having to buy extra parts, although the lights do need to be linked and assembled before installation. The amber covers are useful in dust, fog, and bad weather. Overall, this is a powerful and versatile setup for off road driving.
