I’m the type of person that has learned the hard way about protecting my pricey electronics. Otterbox for my phones, heavy duty cases for my tablets/iPads, etc. When I bought my first Galaxy watch, the Gear 2, I got lucky by getting away with no major incidents but I did have minute scratches on the crystal. Since the day I upgraded to the Galaxy Watch 3, I had to make sure it wouldn’t happen again, and bought a 3 in 1 protector. It covered the watch body, a bezel protector, and a screen protector. It worked wonders and loved it. Would recommend it to anyone asking for good watch protection. I upgraded to the Watch 4, not the classic with the rotating bezel, and after receiving it in the mail, I knew I had to have an extra layer of protection. I’m very stringent and research my tail off before I buy something pertaining to my electronics. I found this Spigen Ultra Hybrid, read a bunch of reviews, and went for it. I wanted clear so that it would show off the watches green color but would still offer a decent level of protection. It arrived in the mail, in a padded envelope, and in a small box. Upon opening the box, the first thing I noticed, was the sturdiness of it. The outside is a bit stiff but flexible. It also has a built in screen protector. The body is TPU and the screen protector is PC. There is raised bumper/bezels around the screen for extra protection and the cutouts for the buttons are big enough for easy access. Even with the fairly big fingers I have, I can still push the buttons, and use the biometric features with a little extra effort (big fingers). The screen protector sits flush with the screen and allows perfect use of the touch features. Once you have it in place, on the watch, it will still allow wireless charging. I was able to use the PowerShare feature on my phone with no problems. The fit is snug, with no movement, and it very easy to put on and take off. The only draw back, is that it can build up a bit of static of the face, and will have you thinking there is fluff or dust under the screen protector. I just used a mild eyeglass lens spray and it has lost the static. I definitely and highly recommend this protector.

This is a really great case, however, I probably won't rebuy this in the future mainly due to the higher cost. I bought this case because the GW4 had just been released and this was literally one of the only cases available to purchase. The case itself is great, it's nice and sturdy and I like how the bezel is slightly raised, it's also not that hard to take off and put on when doing routine cleanings. Touch response also is great but I do have the more sensitive setting enabled on the watch itself. One of the only things I dislike about the case itself is it has wings on the bottom that wrap around the under side of the watch to help secure it. Even though they touch your skin and you cannot feel them, they collect a huge amount of dirt and grime between them and the watch bottom. When I had my GWA2 I was buying the 3 packs of cases that only cost maybe $5, Those wrapped around the bottom only a very very tiny bit and thus it was much easier to clean the entire underside of the watch, also when they got scuffed up or scratched it was a lot easier popping on a new one because they were so cheap.

Just like I said in my headline: Simple solution to protecting your watch. It doesn't look bad on the watch, barely noticeable. Good protection, fits perfectly and easy to install. Snap it on easily. The touchscreen seems exactly the same to me. No scratches on it yet. I am very satisfied with this product and feel like my watch is safe.

This thing is not cheap so it should be more thought through about end product quality. I am so disappointed. It would be great to protect watch but the lip underneath has sharp edges all around underneath that is cutting into my wrist and irritates me. what did they think making it like this ?! I tried and tried to wear it but rim underneath, the lip they made has very sharp edge. you can feel it even when you run your finger around it. this is the underneath part that touches your skin. No i have to look and look to just get a screen protector by itself. I had flexible silicone covers for Active 2 watch, the small size that were perfect from less known company. wish same company would make those covers for galaxy watch 4 44 mm.

Love this casing and display protection. There's also a small lip on the display to help/ease with the digital bezel. Theres no need to take off the watchbands, you simply just put it on over the watch. Just wiggles into place. Unfortunately I assume it will yellow after time so you'll need to swap it out every few months or so to keep it looking fresh.

Even trying to be careful and wear my watches on my non-dominant wrist, I still manage to bang or two against stuff. Since I bought the new galaxy watch 4, I knew I wanted some form of protection and knew I couldn't go wrong with Spigen's cover. My watch is black but I decided to get the clear case and I think it looks great. The fit is perfect and both buttons are still easily accessible, it was easy to snap into place. There is no issues with the touch sensitivity either and it almost looks like there isn't anything covering the watch screen since it's so flush.
