My spiderman fan was so excited when these underpants arrived. As soon as we took them out of the bag there was a nasty toxic smell and the pants felt stiff. I always wash new clothes before wearing anyway so I put them on to wash with detergent. Four washes later and the smell was strong as ever, there is no way I will put them on my sons skin. I would guess that this product fits as expected. We have a very solid 3 year old and we purchased the size 6 for him. He has a good set of thighs on him, so they fit nice and snug but they are great to prevent chaffing. The colors are great and he just loves them.

Product that arrived was not the same as the selection pictured. The “woven” designs felt very stiff and the “screen printed” designs looked horrible to start with and after two washes on low, started peeling off completely. My little boy loves these and the spiderman design on them :) he is about a size 6 in clothes, (his last underwear was a 6 but started to get a lil tight) so I bought a size 8 this time, they are a tad big but not much.. so for him just right for comfort, & fit good around his waist. hope that helps others while trying to figure out a size! :) ... show more

I got these for my 2 yr 5 month old to help with potty training in hopes that he wouldn't want to poop on spider man lol. The undies are soft, but I definitely think they run on the smaller side because my son can normally wear 18month pants fine & 2t pants are sometimes a bit big. These 2t/3t size undies fit perfect at first. After a few washes they definitely shrunk. After having them for a month now you can see that in my picture the spiderman is peeling off. Out of the whole set though this is the only one peeling so far. Overall I still think it was a good purchase. ... show more

    • Great undies but not so much for potty training

My 3 year old son LOVES these underwear. We got these when he first started potty training and told him he could wear them instead of a diaper as long as he used the potty. He put them on and they fit perfect and they have lines in the front to help him know which way is front when he puts them on and off. They are soft to the touch and do not shrink when washed. However if you are first starting potty training these do not have any extra fabric in the pee area for any sort of extra protection so if your child pees he's definitely going to feel it and you will have soaked child from the wait down with a puddle on the floor. I would say these are more like regular underwear and not for potty training specifically. ... show more

These are a great value for the price. My son seems comfortable with the waistband, and they appear true to his size. I find myself a little surprised at the high prices out there for some multi-packs of childrens underwear, and these were the some of the most reasonable i could find.     • Low quality materials and stitching

These boxers are cute, but I ordered size 6 for my 5 yoson and they were too small in the butt. He normally wears size 6. The elastic is poor quality, started unraveling and leaving dangling strings after the first washing, the elastic came apart at the back seam as well. The screen printing washed off in patches very quickly. This could probably be better if I didn't wash and dry in warm water and regular heat dryer, but who wants cold water washed little kid's underwear, they get gross. My son has only worn each pair about 4 times and they are all falling apart, we had to order new ones yesterday. I'll stick to Hanes or fruit of the loom next time, even if they don't come in characters. The strings dangling out of the elastic drove my son nuts by tickling him and he said he doesn't care if he can't get spiderman he just wants ones that stay together next time. ... show more
