I was looking for a Converse alternative for a multitude of reasons. These were perfect. I love the slip-on style. The leather laces stay in place much better than the Converse cotton laces and there is way more sole support, which is a huge plus. I purchased these in black about a year ago and then went for the camo pair. As for the black pair, I wore them regularly for a year. After that time, the shoe didn't feel as comfortable anymore, and the fabric outer around the ankle began to fray, and the white outer trim was beginning to detach from the bottom sole. With that, I was pleased with how long they lasted. As for the camo pair, I anticipate the same quality and comfort. While super cute, the only draw back is the mismatched pattern. If you look at the pics, the one shoe has more gold embellishment at the toe area and the other one doesn't. This bothers me a bit as I would have liked it to match. Otherwise, I'm happy with both purchases so far and will continue to buy them in the future.

I'm 66+ and I love this shoe. I love the brand also! It is structured and fits me well! I wear it with all my beige/tan capris and carpenter shorts.! The only downside is the leather shoestrings do begin to stretch after a while so I do have to work the leather shoe strings differently after a while. The shoe fits snug but it loosens up over 2-3 months. I have medium to narrow foot as well.

I love the casual look of these shoes. They are a soft light color that I can wear as a white, but they aren’t the glowing white that screams, “I have new white sneakers!”. I was hoping they would be more comfortable… but they are comfortable enough. The shoe is slightly tapered from the joint of the big toe to the tip, thus pushing my big toe in slightly toward the center. After decades of studying my feet and what constitutes comfort for them I’ve found this is something that causes my feet to tire and become sore after a long walk or long day. I’ve actually been able to find pointy toe high heels that mastered the art of allowing the big toe to remain straight. It can make a huge difference in my foot comfort. The other minor complaint is the sole feels pretty thin and any rocks I walk on are felt right through the sole. Where I live I often spend the day in hiking boots so the difference in feel is noticeable. But that’s just the little things you overlook for fashion, eh? Those two very minor complaints keep this from being a 5*, but I think a 4* is an excellent rating. Because I love the look and the discomfort is only minor I am keeping these shoes and I find myself wearing them often. I may also buy another pair in a different color.

I first saw these on Stitch Fix and really wanted them but found the Amazon was a better value. These are cute, and while they don't have a ton of support for my overpronating feet, they did ok for me on a recent trip to Washington DC when I was walking a lot. I got a lot of compliments on them. The laces are tied in a cute knot and one came undone, it took me a few minutes to figure out how to retie it. Otherwise, no issues. Easy to slip on, comfortable for running errands.

These Sperry's are the perfect summer shoe for wear with just about everything in your closet. They are great with crops and rolled up jeans, especially. I found that the shoe was a little bit long, but I think I can solve that with an insert. And I may need to place moleskin on the inside upper because there is some canvas fabric that rubs a bit against my instep. Again, though, it's probably a fairly easy fix if you are willing to cut and insert the moleskin carefully. Moleskin really does solve a lot of shoe problems!

I almost didn’t keep these b/c they were tight- but I put them on and wore them around the house. Once they stretched a little, They fit perfect and are SO friggin cute! Love the slight shimmer on the camo! In love with these Sperrys !

They are very nice but will improve with breaking in. I purposely ordered them a half size larger so that I could put a good arch support in them and I believe this will work very nicely/ They are a good value .
