These swim trunks are truly excellent. If I could complain at all, I would say that they might be a trifle long but not enough of a deterrent for me not to purchase this product. Further, I have used Speedo products for many years and I find that Speedo is the absolute best. I always wondered why Speedo does not appear to be more a high profile company since their products are so good and so long lasting. I would like to request that the company would consider some kind of inexpensive matching beach jacket made of a lightweight cotton and containing a few pockets to carry room keys or entrance cards and perhaps with a zipper. These swim trunks are very nice and well made but they are more of a slim fit. They fit closer to the way slim fit pants do as opposed to a looser fit which is what most swim trunks fit like. They are a little tighter in the legs but are still relaxed enough to not be uncomfortable if you have thinner legs. If I had to describe their fit I would call them a "slimmer fitting relaxed fit." Loved all of the features of these swim shorts - lightweight, quick drying, UPF 50 fabric and color choices. What I did not like about them is the off sizing. I normally wear a size L ( I am size 34 in waist) in swimsuits and shorts but when I ordered the Large size based on size chart, I could not even get them up to my waist. Unfortunately, I had to return them and at this point I do not know if I will order the XL size as I am concerned that this size may not fit. ... show more

Fit to size. Ordered same size as I wear in shorts. Lands just above the knee. Stitching strong, pockets perfect and comfortable to wear tubing or staring at the lake. Dry fast and don't loose any color in the wash. Recommend and bought another pair in different color.

I have several pairs on these shorts in XL, I ordered XL and they are small so I ordered XXL and they are the same size as the XL and both are smaller than the XL shorts I bought 2 years ago.... a sad story of another American company that has no concerns about quality
