These swim trunks are very nice and well made but they are more of a slim fit. They fit closer to the way slim fit pants do as opposed to a looser fit which is what most swim trunks fit like. They are a little tighter in the legs but are still relaxed enough to not be uncomfortable if you have thinner legs. If I had to describe their fit I would call them a "slimmer fitting relaxed fit." Loved all of the features of these swim shorts - lightweight, quick drying, UPF 50 fabric and color choices. What I did not like about them is the off sizing. I normally wear a size L ( I am size 34 in waist) in swimsuits and shorts but when I ordered the Large size based on size chart, I could not even get them up to my waist. Unfortunately, I had to return them and at this point I do not know if I will order the XL size as I am concerned that this size may not fit.

wth happen to sizes. here again Im ordering my size. medium, and its a boys size. the cut is for boys. 90 pound 14 year old ones. this happen with t-shirts and pajama bottoms too. whos in charge of the cut nopwadays? I have medium basketball, swim, sports, all maaner of medium including pajama bottoms that fit fine in medium. Im done growing but I sure aint shrinking, along with the new-wave eggheads in charge at these companies. enough with the slim fir and skinny jeans. at least the announce thats the cut. but this slim skinny cut cannot be spread broadly across all mens pants/shorts. you need room in sports shorts, basketball, and swimming shorts. and pajama bottoms!. idiots!. I bought the same brand pajama bottoms same size as always but now same thing- slim cut skin tight tiny crotch, tight tight tight. legs - tight, thighs- tight. wth?. same with these. I have swim shorts. mediums. theyre fine. if I sit in these theyre tight around legs and the crotch is so short my boys are mashed. the inner lining is cutting into me so bad circulation is cut off. whaaaaaaa?. yes. these are so far off Im not going to do that tarde for what? large? xtra large?. forget it. Im done. speedo is off the list as is all order clothes online. this mess is actually sending me back to brick and mortar stores. I dont know how long this generation of tight tight skinny skinny crap is gonna last, but from now on, I shop clothes ONLY at stores. its re-DONK-ulous. even the guy in picture is skin tight. speedo? and the rest of you, get a clue, come back to reality in cuts. sheesh. returned, refund to card, not store credit, sorry amazon, im taking that money to the store, and no, Im not shopping boys dept. thanks for nuthin-
