I am an older man, and my metabolism is not what it used to be. I drank about three to four, or even five bottles daily. After drinking for several weeks, I started to experience pain in my urinary tract, at the tip of my organ. The doctor, told me to stop drinking it. The pain went away. When I began drinking it again, the pain returned. So, I'm switching drinks. However, I stress it, when I DO recommend this drink, since it was delivered right away, well packaged, and very tasty. Probably I was drinking it exclusively too often, too much daily, too long a time period. So... do buy and you'll love the taste.

Flavor Name: Grape Raspberry
I wish they had more flavors such as plain old grape and orange. The drink is really good when it is ice cold, as soon as it warms up past 38-40 it looses some of its appeal. It does have a nice fizz / carbonation to it in case you need to burp. Not as good as an old fashioned 1970s coca cola belch though. I say give this stuff a try and see if you like it.

Flavor Name: Peach Nectarine
I never realized that this flavor would be so outstanding. My three top drinks are water, coffee and a leading soft drink. I used to buy Sparkling Ice from a local discount store but I have never seen this flavor there so I decided to try it. Love it! Refreshing! The only thing missing in the Peach Nectarine is the fuzzy skin and I don’t mind missing it! I will be back! Buying through Amazon is actually cheaper, too.
