APPEARANCE: the cart looks great, I love clear acrylic ASSEMBLY: I, a mere woman, out this together myself. A rubber mallet is crucial. You can see through the acrylic corners to make sure each rod is fully inserted STABILITY: this particular style of tall skinny cart is typically very easy to tip over, but I’ve had no issues with this one doing so (I also avoid placing it where it might get knocked over easily) CLARITY: the acrylic is perfectly clear, looks great, but can show smudges and dirt and dust easily (just wipe it off, ya silly goose!) VERSATILITY: so far I’ve been using this to hold my “living room art&office supplies” bc I’m an absolute legend but I think it could be used well in a bathroom or laundry room, anywhere stationary (not like, office/ craft supplies stationary. I mean, unmoving stationary, because the wheels are an abomination) MOBILITY: my chief point of contention, the drop from 5 stars to 3: the wheels on this cart are total garbage. It’s impossible to ignore it bc they are the absolute worst casters I have ever encountered in my full lifetime and they are ALWAYS at least 50% nonfunctional. Listen, 60% of my furniture is on wheels, dude. I’ve encountered every kind of caster over the years, big and small and stemmed and swiveled, I will install them myself on every bit of furniture I can find a way to attach them to, and while I’m somewhat of a 🧐caster connoisseur🧐I have used plenty of cheap terrible casters in my journey, but I have never seen anything this bad. They are not functional. They are cheap, tiny, plastic junk. Why ruin a perfectly wonderful product by putting anti-wheels on it? And yeah, dummies, I’ve checked them. The breaks aren’t on, they aren’t all wound up with hairs or string or anything. I’ve tried rolling them over laminate, low pile carpet, tile, wood, the toes of my enemies. They are poorly functioning 100% of the time. I know what you’re thinking, you’re thinking, “ok wheel wizard, you absolute legend, why don’t you just swap out the bad wheels for some different casters?” Pffft. The abominations that have ruined this cart have special pieces glued to the stems to make them fit into the unique leg holes in the cart. Again… why? Why go out of your way to force people to use your specific casters when they are so terrible and useless that it is almost comical? At least make them swappable! I want to love this cart, and I do still use it, but the wheels being so bad that I write an essay about it, and so proprietary that there’s nothing I can do about it, are severely limiting in its usefulness and performance. This is the hardware equivalent of cooking a steak in a microwave. Yes it’s going to ruin the steak- but more importantly, everyone is going to be mad at you for wasting that steak. *shakes fist at sky* ... show more

Two or three of the shelf units were cracked though the box was fine. Amazon quickly sent me a new one and it was free to return the broken one using a drop off at Kohl's. The cart is good for small spaces, but because of its height it holds a decent amount of stuff. It is fragile and a little wobbly due to the narrowness in relation to its height, but it's probably not the type of cart you'd be moving a lot. The wheels work ok, but aren't the greatest. The media could not be loaded. I love this product it makes my life so convenient I don’t have to have all of my baby stuff everywhere. My husband loves it because at night when he’s doing the bottles I he doesn’t really struggle too much. It’s almost everything. Even a little bit of extra. I received only three of the four 12 inch supports. Rather important for the 4 tier version. BIG fail. One tray is cracked but likely still usable. There are supposed to be 2 of that type of tray but only one sent. ? Needless to say I am not even remotely impressed. Return time.
