The media could not be loaded. Review from someone who came from playing stick of truth and the fractured But whole south park titles to completion! It is a far swing to the left if compared to the latest generation, South Park games, but still retains plenty of fun factors that left me excited & eager for its future DLC’s! If you enjoyed south park back in the day on N64 you will enjoy this game online reviewers have just dumped on this game, but it is great on progression with difficulty increasing chapter to chapter in a smooth transition, yes only 5 chapters to play each one taking roughly 45min to complete, and on the base game you get free DLC that stars Henrietta as the dungeon master and a few more missions at no extra cost! This game is a pick up and play kinda game and I see it benefiting early, adopters down the line with support from the studio and additional DLC. It is a blast, and as long as you don’t go ahead and set the bar too high or too low, it could prove to be extremely satisfying with its weapon choices Mele combat! As for the AI in the game if you’re playing solo, I have noticed that once you lose up to 2 members in your party the 3rd AI gets stupid and fails you hardcore so this game is best played with a group of friends working together, that alone brings a new element to this game that really starts to bring out the party mode in the game and show what it really is all about! Once you got a few friends playing with you, it just changes the entire play through! I initially played through this game solo the first time second time I tried it with friends, and that is where this game thrives, and put you in the shoes of those kids and their antics and imagination in South Park as chaos erupts ! It might not be a truly unique experience and feel like other brawler games out there on the market, but I promise you it will be fun and entertaining and for $30 you cannot be upset about it. The developers are honest in my opinion with their pricing and made a game that I can see receiving amazing DLC support down the road! This is a game strictly for the South Park fans. If you do not like South Park, you will not care for this game in any way, shape or form but if you do like South Park, and you have enjoyed games of the past, and not just the recent RPG style titles, this is a more easy-going pick up and play brawler without complicated controls or tough tactical battles, but on trade-off provides fun fluid and chaotic, brawling battles, though the controls may be simple the games chaos really helps add to the challenge. The card you had for each battle have drastic advantages that you have to sort through before attempting to challenge a chapter dungeon. You really need to progress past chapter 2 to really start to enjoy this game as the first two chapters seemingly teach you the basis of control and how game is played. Once you hit chapter 3 you’re on your own and it starts to get complex and tactical to a degree while in absolute chaos you’ll need to heal your team, need to plan your moves on the fly as chaos erupts and the fun begins! It is a all out brawler that you will want to play with your friends again and again! ... show more

This is a fun multiplayer game. Way better than expected. You create a character and play as the "new kid" same as any other South Park game then you have fun combat and boss battles. Best played if you have friends to play with. Fun game played on Xbox Series X.
