(Original Review of 2 stars on July 18, 2021) FINALLY had a chance to use this since my purchase in September over the weekend. The VERY FIRST TIME I went out - "Paddle" broke in half. Calm Lake. I've contacted SBBC and am awaiting their response. The Board looks great and came just as expected. Will update my review when I hear back from SBBC. UPDATED Review of 5 stars on July 21, 2021... So, if you are reading this you know our paddle broke in half on our inaugural trip. Contacted the company and IMMEDIATELY (I mean in less than 30 minutes) received a response that they would look into our problem. Maria was extremely helpful and shared with me it may take a day or so to get back with me on a result...she asked for pics by email which I sent. Well, we are 3 days later and I received a nice email from Maria AND the prez of the company that they apologize for the mishap and are sending out a replacement paddle right away. THIS IS CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE! Things happen. SBBC clearly knows the value of their customer. I think when it is time to buy a companion to our board, I will again purchase one from SBBC.
