It’s a boot-not the most attractive thing but actually pretty comfortable. My work requests boots for the uniform and so I got these. They are nonslip, sturdy and the inside zipper is a lovely touch but the best Pat is the sole. It is not big or bulky or thick. It is also level and so not so clumsy. I bought these boots as a back up pair ( I am a firefighter). The pair I bought for primary use got wet so I went to put these on, the zipper came off in my hand ! There was no force, the laces were not even tied ! I missed the return window by a couple of days, so Amazon gave me the retailers phone number and of course it is no longer in service. As a result I am forced to return boots for refund minus the restock fee, ( restock, they will be throwing in the trash.) These boots have not even been used. I went to retailers web site, told them the issue, and no response. Please pay attention to the other poor reviews, I wish I would have, my bad for giving this company a try ! ... show more

Initially great. Feels good. Wore in quickly & comfortably. 7 months later. I step in a puddle & quickly discovered right boot sole had split. I used them for work & do a lot of walking. But boots should last longer than 7 months.

I ordered these boots they are of very good quality also the fit is good,I honestly returned them due to my profession I needed something more rugged also aid my long standing shifts but I give it a 5 because there actually very fashionable and built of quality
