I have not actually tried this out on a picnic table. We have not gone camping since I got this. IT does look and feel like I had expected it to. I think this will be a nice improvement on those old worn picnic tables. IT will make them look nicer and be easy to clean. The seat covers could even stop splinters. I just put it on my table and it has a very cool design. I like the little pockets on the side. But the material is very flimsy and I don't expect it to last very long. This was supposed to be a 3 piece set plus storage bag (tablecloth plus two bench covers). I received two table cloths and no bench covers. They were also incredibly wrinkled but washing did help. They don't fit very securely either; size is right, the fit is just loose. Color is as expected, just not what I ordered. You can clearly see from my pictures that the second cloth is too big for a bench and there is no third at all. ... show more
