These sneakers are really cute. I normally wear Adidas tennis shoes with all my outfits and these will be a good stand in for rainy days. I found them to be lightweight, well cushioned, and flexible to walk in. I ordered half a size up based on other reviews and I'm so glad I did because otherwise they'd be harder to slip on and off without untying the laces. I got them for a recent trip I'm going on and since I'll be doing sightseeing I don't want rainy days to define what I can and can't do. I have another pair of SOREL shoes that are still in perfect condition after 7 years of use in NYC so I have a good experience with this brand.

I took these shoes to Iceland and Ireland; it rains a lot in both places. My feet stayed completely dry the entire time! I even had my foot in water that came half way up the shoe and it stayed dry. These seem to be true in size.. The width is great and not narrow at all. I wore them straight out of the box and didn’t have any issues at all. These will be my “go to” shoes when it’s raining outside. As an added bonus, they look super cute on too. For colder climates put a pair of wool socks on and you’ll be good to go.

Only reason for 4 stars is that they have 0 arch support and are not quite as padded in the sole as previous versions. They are still comfortable. I had to size up 1/2 size even though they are super wide and roomy, they are a tiny bit shorter than previous versions. I like the green color even though the different sections are not quite the same shade. Still a good looking tennis shoe.

Cute sneakers, and love that they're waterproof. Am a regular Sorel buyer, but these sneakers are not great. Like others have said, they run short and narrow thru toes (and I have a fairly narrow foot), are heavy, stiff and have no padding. Kept one pair as I needed waterproof sneakers for a trip asap, and they're tolerable with my full inserts, but returned the second pair in another color due to likely limited use.

I bought these for a 3 week trip to the UK where I knew I would be seeing some rain. Regular tennis shoes would have gotten wet. These were very comfortable, waterproof and supportive. I wore them every day. I needed to size up a half size and I did return a couple of pairs because the tongue of the shoe didn't lay correctly and rubbed. But once I got a pair that didn't rub, they worked well. And they looked good - not like a normal athletic shoe, which I don't think look that cute. They worked well!

I have a slight fear of having wet feet. The year was 2022 and the ride was Dudley Do-Right's Ripsaw Falls. My go-to park shoes (Brookes) got soaked and after trudging around Universal Studios for the rest of the day, my feet have never fully recovered. The Sorel Out N About III's are not the most amazingly comfortable shoes you will ever buy. They are cute, but they are heavy. After wearing them for a day, my feet felt fine but my legs were tired - but not to the point that sitting down for a spell didn't fix. I also walked around in them for hours in the rain (walking through puddles and all) and I was the only person in my group with dry feet. No joke, they are 100% WATERPROOF. For me, they are worth every penny I spent on them. Definitely size up, though. I typically wear an 8.5 but I am happy that I went with a 9 for these.

The design of this pair of shoes is great and stylish. However, after trying them on I found that it got very uncomfortable just after half an hour. While the overall fit appears right, it is tight from the front of the shoe. This is after sizing up. I usually wear medium-width shoes. I really wanted to keep these but unfortunately had to return them as it was just too uncomfortable to wear. These might work for someone with narrow feet.

The shoes are incredibly comfortable for standing. I can wear them at work as a teacher and be completely fine. However, I would not recommend them for hiking. Any decline you have to go down allows your foot to slide down into the rounded area of the toe and causes discomfort. I have an average width foot but these shoes are wide and allow for the movement while hiking are walking for long distances. The quality seems good but the design is off. I wouldn’t purchase them again.
