The outer material is flexible enough that it doesn’t bother me too much though. Though they do fit, but I think I’ll end up exchanging for an 8. I loved the style and sole of this shoe but read reviews before buying. Compared to reviews, I didn't find the size to run small, but rather somewhat narrow. I'm a Suze 7-7.5 and in running shoes, normally take 7.5. I bought these in 7.5 and the length was perfect, true to size. Regarding width, they were a bit snug to get into. I loosened string at top, and that helped. My foot is not wide persay but not narrow either. I feel I just need to break them in. They look great and feel very comfortable to walk in. Only con is a little on narrow side, but otherwise a well made running shoe, stylish and didn't break the bank. ... show more

LOVE the color and style of these tennis shoes! There isn't much arch support and padding in these shoes, but they were okay for light walking. I would't try running in these shoes, atleast not without a orthopedic insert of some kind; I did add some heel inserts and that seem to do the trick. I’m a pet groomer and on my feet at least 9 hours a day. I have been wearing Hoka’s which I do like certain models but returned my last pair. I ordered these and they are light, stylish, chunky and my feet have not ached after my shift. I ordered a half size up from what I normally wear off of other reviews and they were big. I usually am a 9 1/2 I ordered a 10, they fit but a little big. I decided to keep the 10’s and ordered another pair in a 9 1/2. If you are looking for a comfortable shoe I highly recommend these!
