I expected more from Sorel. 4 weeks into occasional use for cold weather, we had a light snow suitable for sledding. After an hour of going up and riding down the hill, the velcro kept coming open. The boot flopped open and the little snow gathered around her ankle. Stronger heavy duty velcro is needed. Very disappointed. Bought a cheaper brand and will see how those boots hold up ... show more

Too narrow and too tight. My 3 year old is pretty thin, doesn't really have big/ wide feet and it was a struggle putting them on. I don't think he had them on his feet for more than 2 min...

Runs a bit small, I would size up. My son was wearing size 12, order size 13 and still fits just okay a bit snug. I should have "listen" to other reviews: Are OK winter shoes and look great but definitely not snow boots. We played with my son at the park in our first NYC snow of this winter and back home he had his socks wet (even when I tightly close the boots myself to make sure were well closed) it wasn't good enough. I'm glad he was wearing his uniqlo winter socks that kept him from soaking wet I think if he used his cotton socks we would have to return home earlier. ... show more
