We bought this for Christmas. Put it together Christmas Eve. Takes a while to put together. But when it was all said and done it wouldn’t start. We followed all directions to a T. Disappointing because it was the big Christmas gift and it didn’t work. We immediately messaged the seller to let them know. And we requested a refund/return. It was approved. We printed out the return and boxed the whole thing up. When we brought it to return they said we would have to pay the shipping of 175$ !!! No way! It has been a HASSLE dealing with the seller. They won’t give us a prepaid shipping label to return it. They keep telling us they can fix it. We don’t want to fix it we want to be done with it. Steer clear! You’re better off going into Walmart and buying name brand Powerwheel so if anything does happen they will help you or let you return it to the store.
