These are great looking shoes, but they aren’t super comfortable. There is no arch support. There is good padding by the toes and heel, but no support at all in the middle. They have good tread on the soles and have a good grip on more slippery surfaces. The soles are quite thick, and add a bit of height, as well as give good padding on the heel. They also have a non-slip grip, with good tread. The back of the shoe rides quite high on the ankle and, at least so far, the shoes rub uncomfortably on the heels, although I might need to take some more time to break them in. These are fine to wear around the house or for short periods, but they are not good for taking long walks in, especially if you like arch support in your shoes. As a note, the wearer of these shoes has normal arches- neither high nor flat. Probably will end up putting some shoe inserts in these shoes to make up for the lack of inner structure. The ad says these are designed as bowling shoes, and they would work for that purpose, because they grip your foot tightly and grip the floor tightly, but they would only be good to wear for short periods of time. It was unclear whether these shoes were sized for men or women. Ordered these for a woman and they fit true to size, so you might want to size up if ordering for a man. A bit disappointed by these shoes. They look amazing, and are functional, but the comfort is sub-par, especially for a $65 pair of shoes (April 2026). A $25 pair from Walmart is more comfortable. ... show more

Very comfortable feel, excellent lacing up/tightening system. I'm not a cricket player, but these shoes feel great on the field for soccer and when hiking through rough terrain (not their intended use, I know). The packaging is high quality, they ship with the toe spacers to maintain shape. The grips on the sole work well, they have a nice grab on concrete and dirt and the sand they have on baseball diamonds. Feel good on grass too. The interior sole material is comfortable, seems to support arches well enough for the quick games I played and also for a walk through the woods. Note to customers, the sizing seems very small, I would get the next higher size than your actual shoe size, I ordered my shoe size and they're very tight on me. ... show more

These were ordered for an active teenager, but not one that is truly into sports (other than martial arts, which is done barefoot). I was a bit wary that the item details described the soles as having "cleats". I would more describe these shoes as having a good balance between traction and slip-resistance, but definitely not what you would think of with soccer or football cleats. The soles do have an aggressive tread with small "cleats" but they are small, soft, and uniform in size, similar to what you might find on hiking shoes. They are a good value at the price point. The velcro straps are a nice feature that keeps the laces enclosed, preventing a trip hazard. They are very comfortable with the gel insoles, and they fit him very well. We ordered size 11 for him, and they are pretty much true to size. They are also attractive, and while not a name brand, they appear to be very durable and high quality. ... show more

In big bold letters on the bottom of the box this company makes it seem like they care about curbing waste and being responsible when it comes to packaging waste. It really looks good - or rather it gives the company a good look, even though once you open the box you can see they are only words. If you don't believe me, take a look at my photos. The shoes hurt my feet instantly. There is a pronounced lump (I don't know how else to describe it) beneath the ball of the foot that caused me instant discomfort that led quickly to pain. As far as appearances go, an attempt was clearly made to go overboard because you have laces AND velcro, as if both were necessary. I guess if you're so inept at tying your shoelaces you need velcro to feel "secure" then these shoes are for you. I think more care was taken with appearances, and that not only includes the shoes, but the entire "we don't have wasteful practices" nonsense. It's all for show. ... show more
