I got the blue/yellow, one liter version. The primary reason for me ordering this bottle was its size. It holds 32 oz, but is also skinny enough to fit into the bottle holder on my bicycle – 3 3/16” in diameter, 11 ¼” tall. Most other bike water bottles only hold about 22-24 oz. Yea for holding the extra 33% more water. It looks noticeably taller than other bottles when resting in its holder, but no problems with it being too tall and falling out. It seems well built. It only has a drinking spout on the lid – no straw that enters the bottle. The flip lid has the same latching/locking mechanism as most all similar bottles. There is a (silicon?) gasket inside the lid to seal the bottle and lid and prevent leaks. It also comes with a removable strainer for keeping ice cubes from clogging the drinking spout. The colored band around bottle’s midsection )blue in my case) has a rubberized texture which might help in holding the bottle when your hands are wet. It has graduated volume markings on one side showing the amount of liquid remaining. The description on the Amazon site is very accurate.

I am very pleased with this water bottle. I was looking for something that was around 16oz so that I could mix a hydration packet into it and have it ready by my bed for first thing in the am. This one turned out to be even better than I imagined. The size of the bottle is great. It fits nicely in my hand. The feel of the bottle is a nice smooth material but there is a grippy band around the middle that makes it very easy to hang onto. When you open the bottle there is a small removable grate/mixer. That has made mixing powders into my water super easy. Think protein drink shaker bottle. Maybe I missed that in the description, but it was a nice surprise for my intended use. Because I shake it up every day I can say that it is definitely leakproof. The lid pops open when you push a button on the side. There is also a latch that flips up or down to lock or unlock that button. This would make a great bottle to throw in a gym bag because when it's locked you wouldn't be able to accidentally open it and spill it everywhere in your bag. I didn't realize there was a lock to flip down so I spent 10 seconds trying to figure out why it wouldn't open...Haha. It works. I chose the dark blue color and I really like it. The motivational checkpoints on the side of the bottle are cute. I can't say I really pay attention to them myself because I drink a lot more water than that, but it's a nice touch all the same. Oh, and you can't really chug water from it very well, so don't expect that. However, you can drink at a nice steady pace and the vent hole works well. Lastly, it seems like it's a durable material, but it's not too much heavier when it's full like some bottles can get. Highly recommend!

I understand some may not be concerned about cleaning bottles that are just used for water, but the issue is what residue tends to be left from the lips. I've decided just to use this for water as I have other bottles I use at the gym that contain various protein and energy blends. This bottle I've ended up using for evening/night use as I drink water throughout the night at times. It is interesting for me to note how much water I've had to drink to a more exact amount as I get up and consider then to change how much I've had to see if I can sleep until the morning having less.
