I actually purchased another desk from another vendor and that one was damaged during shipping. Due to issues with the other vendor, I chose this desk instead. When it arrived the box looked OK. However, when I opened the box, there were a single piece of wood at each end of the box and one of those was broken. What I thought was a part of the desk at first turned out to be a "pad" put into the box to protect the desk from Damage. It did exactly what it was put there for, and it protected the desk. THIS IS AWESOME! The forethought put into shipping a heavy desk like this is rarely performed and it saved the desk from damage As for the desk itself, I didn't have anyone to help me put it together and that made it a little more difficult. With help it would have been easy and the instructions suggest this. I hate to say it, men are visual, so are millennials. These instructions are nearly all visual diagrams and very few words. I know it made it easy for me. With the shipping protection built in, the easy of putting together and the sturdiness being "very sturdy", I give this 5 stars. Plenty of leg room and I thought with not having a leg in the front, it would be less sturdy, I was wrong and it is very sturdy. ... show more

Looking at the reviews, I can agree with all of them. If your looking for a good "Value Desk" this a desk for you. Very basic & easy to assemble. As you can see from the product pictures, there is nothing more to this desk than the desk itself (no drawers or cabinets). Assemble in 30 to 45 minutes. The corner piece maybe not completely square (off by a 1/2" for me) but once again, $100 6'x6' corner desk. The seam in the middle as well, may need to slightly bend the metal posts to align better (if you have this problem). Over all, was impressed. Desk sits 30" from floor to top of desk. Can adjust the bottom feet to add or lower the height by an 1" or so. Will use for my temp/permanent work from home desk. ... show more

Purchased this to use in my home office since we're teleworking now. My husband put it together for me. He said some of the holes didn't line up in some spots to insert screws. That's why it gets 4 stars rather than 5. Still turned out great!

    • WTF?
Holes get easily misaligned; on the legs and frame, and connecting it to the table. If your not carful you'll bust through the table with the screws (I'd say it was my fault but building this thing was frustrating). Make sure you have brackets and a drill bit for making holes align in the frame.

Nice desk but the instructions are a little difficult to follow. The pictures don’t give proper direction sone pieces should face had to take it apart several times finely got it correct but I must say I love the look and feel of the desk
