Honestly when I first took it out of the vacuum seal bag, I was not happy with the product! It was deformed and all squished. After reading through reviews from other rugs, I learned that you need to shake it out and it will fluff up. Once you lay it out, it will start to flatten. It’s not very thick but I’m glad it’s not because I’m using it for my sons in his nursery. It is very soft though but it sheds a bit and it gets stuck to my sons sweaty feet lol. It feels so soft underneath your feet. It looks like the pic advertised. It was bigger than expected so I was happy about that. I wish it were a little thicker. I use a small broom to sweep it. I love this rug it fits perfectly in the space! The reason for only 4 stars is it came packaged weird and hasn’t seemed to lay down flat completely yet, also some parts are super plush to step on and others are flat. Other than that the rug is perfect and so cute!!
