I do like these boots. They look and fit exactly as pictured. I ordered my regular shoe size (7) and they fit just like a 7. However, they have a bit of a larger sole/footprint I think, so I scuffed the other foot quite a bit everytime I walked... By the end of first day wearing them, I ended up with these black marks on each boot. (picture attached) However I tried a magic eraser and was able to clean them up just fine. Also they worked great as waterproof boots after it had snowed in my area. And the ankle is very stretchy so I was able to wear thick socks without cutting off my circulation. However, the ankle part was also a bit wide so the boots appear to be loose in that area if you are not planning to wear thick socks. They tend to show the wrinkles in the ankle too, but that doesn't bother me- I prefer them to look worn, than stiff. For the price though, they are just great and exactly what I was looking for. Not to mention they are so easy and quick to put on and off- compared to my Blundstones that I always need my fiancé to yank off my feet haha. But these are a fine, low-price alternative and perfect for walking around all day in colder or wet weather! OH but I do have to say that I wore them to the airport and I guess they do have metal somewhere in them that required me to take them off before walking through security if you're in a line that doesn't make you take off shoes.. just FYI. but easy to take on and off!

I have had these boots for 3 months and wear them a LOT since it has been a rainy, not snowy, winter this year. Initially I loved them but the longer I wear them the more the cons are outweighing the pros. PROS - Comfortable! I regularly wear them on 2-3 mile walks with my dogs and aside from occasional rubbing on my heel they are comfortable. - Waterproof. Worn these in pouring rain and even stepped in a few puddles and my feet stay dry. - Assume because they are waterproof they also hold heat well and keep my feet warm even when it’s 15-20F out. CONS - Because they’re waterproof they do not breathe at all and my feet get sweaty if I spend too much time indoors, which is not a problem I normally have. My feet end up feeling clammy by the end of the day if I am going between warm and cold environments. - the tread is the perfect width to get gravel stuck in between. My driveway is gravel and there is a lot of decorative gravel along the bike paths I walk with my dogs and I ALWAYS come home with gravel stuck in the treads. This is mostly annoying because big pieces will clink on the ground and make the shoe slippery because it prevents the tread from touching the ground. - Dirt and gravel always end up inside the shoe. I’m not sure why. I don’t have this problem with any of my other shoes. But I am constantly cleaning out debris that got kicked into the shoe while I was walking. - from the top down I feel like this shoe is shaped like a light bulb. The toe compartment looks bulbous from the top. I don’t really notice it from the side but it’s all I can see when I look down. Minor detail but it bothers me because I don’t like the way it looks. - The toe compartment is starting to crease and I think it makes the shoe look cheap. Again, rather minor detail but I don’t like the look. All in all, these are pretty good boots for the price. You get what you pay for :)

I’ve been looking for boots like this forever! I was so happy to finally find some good ones! I think I’ve worn them almost everyday since I got them. The only thing is they run a little small. I usually wear a women’s 6.5 (what I ordered) and my toes were right on the edge of the shoes. So I would just order a half size bigger than what you usually wear. Other than that I love them!

Most of the reviews said to size up and I am glad I did. I am a 7 but ordered 7.5. My toe is right at the end. They are a little wide but that makes it easier to slip my foot in while standing. Also, my foot is a little narrow. Reviews also said to wear a high sock. I have done that and had no problem with rubbing my shin. Over all I am pleased and get lots of compliments on them,

I walk about a half mile to work so I was looking for something that looked good, while also providing a lot of comfort and support. If you don’t wear tall enough socks or long enough pants, the tops of the boots will rub your leg and leave blisters. Comfort is ok. Considering buying another color for the cheap price.

I saw these boots on the Today Show, and they looked like a staple that I needed in my wardrobe. I do get compliments every time I wear them. The only problem is the shaft is a bit stiff and rubs against my ankle (not sure if this is just a "me" problem, or an issue for others). I solved the problem with some longer socks, scrunched down inside the bootie, however I don't always want my socks visible that way. In the pro's column, the heel height is very comfortable and supportive. A good value for the price.
