My daughter loves these boots, but we had them about 6 weeks and half of the heel came off (see difference in picture). She lost it at school so I couldn’t take them to be repaired. I was told that I would have to send them back at my cost. Shipping them back is hard enough, because she wants to wear them, but to have to pay for it also isn’t great customer service in my opinion. ... show more
