Has only a few (2, 3 is a stretch) of inches of buffer but definitely can't bend over without showing everything. Costume came in on time. It ran smaller than expected and did not fit like on the model. The first button started below my chest line so a collared shirt under was a must. It fit more like a blazer than a dress.One button popped off but easily but I was able to fix it. Over all I really liked it.

The buttons were much too low and close together. The picture shows well spaced buttons that go all the way up to the collar. The buttons on mine were too close together so I was left with an awkward space at the top that I had to pin together. Other than that no complaints.
