I am 5'9 and 125 lbs. I took my chances hoping a men's small would be big enough. Well, it's huge! It looks just like the photo, but add about 6 inches in height to the waist. I'm still wondering what to do with the saggy middle. If I let it go, it puddles around my ankles, but I can't cut through the zipper. This product runs extremely large. I am about a size 6/8 in womens and ordered a men's small expecting to have some room. I ordered a medium for boyfriend who is around 180lbs, the small fits him with some room to give. Great for Halloween! Fits EXACTLY as shown in the photo, so if you want it tight, or a few sizes small. Its meant to be a bit baggy. I wear a size Large shirt - usually slim fit and 33/33 pants. Medium fit me very comfortably.
