Description

We make sure the paddles are distinct, clear, and easily readable even from long distances. Our 12”, 18” and 24” paddles use 4”, 6” and 8.5” tall lettering, respectively, that shows Bright White in the day. Compare with the greyish lettering often seen on competitor paddles, and spot the difference! Our paddles feature ergonomically designed easy-grip handles that will give your hands convenient support and ease of movement all day long. Compare these with the wooden and metal handles offered by competitors, which are either too thick, too flimsy, or in inconvenient edgy shapes. MUTCD requires the paddles to be reflective during dawn, dusk, and night times. Our signs have an Engineer Grade reflective film layer laminated onto the non-rusting aluminum for superior reflectivity at the most pivotal times. We offer non-reflective paddles, too, to suit every requirement. A welcome feature, our lanyard safety strap attached to the handle lets you relax and lower the paddle during a break in the traffic flow. Imagine the comfort of being hands-free and not having to have a tight hold on something for long hours! Super convenient for day-long use, our STOP Paddles are amazingly light in weight - as low as 14 Oz (12”)! Unlike competitor offerings, with the easy-grip handle and lanyard, these lightweight paddles are a sure game-changer. Raising and lowering the paddles all day has never been this effortless. Two rigid aluminum sheets thermobonded to a thick polyethylene core give the paddles extra strength and durability. These have been the favored choice for generations of our municipal construction crew customers. and will easily last up to 10 years or more, even with rough handling.
