The product looks nice and seems fine (haven't loaded all my pantry items in it yet). BUT, the first shipment arrived missing one of the vertical pieces. Couldn't assemble. Processed return and got a replacement 2 days later. Also missing pieces! This time the hooks that allow the unit to hang from the pantry door, the wall-mount screws/anchors, the adhesive strips, AND the instructions were missing. Between the two deliveries I had enough parts to assemble one whole unit. Neither delivery looked like it had been opened or tampered with. Everything was in original packaging, etc. There were just missing parts. This is an unusual experience for me as I rarely have any problems with Amazon purchases and I hardly ever have to return items. I put the super tall things like Tabasco/Worcestershire/olive oil at the very top and everything else on the rest. Everything in one place this way and I love it. Been using it for a year. High traffic home with kids and pets and we are pretty rough. It has not failed or fallen off the door no how hard the kids n dogs run down the hall and into the door. It hasn’t dropped a single spice bottle or sauce packet no matter how hard the door gets swung open/closed.
