I got this little urn because my best friend of over 40years, asked me if she could have some of my mom’s ashes. My mom had told me that we could share her with whomever loved her enough to want her. My BFF lives across the country from me, but was in town visiting. This urn was the perfect size to be able to share some of mom with her and conveniently fit into her suitcase without taking up much room at all ( I put about 4 teaspoons of ashes in it and still left room at the top). The lid to the urn screws on tightly and the whole urn is made of metal, so it’s very sturdy and won’t break or spill. It’s a beautiful little urn and is exactly what you need if you’d like to share the ashes if your loved one.
