  • You need this in your life
I can't be sure how long this slide will last (there's a tiny rip in the slide already and we've only been using it for a few hours), and I'm sure it is making a mess of our lawn. But even if I only get a few uses out of this or my lawn turns to mud, this slide will have given me some of my favorite moments of the summer. You can move really really fast on it. Lots of water flowing from the sprinklers on either side of the archway over your head. A few points: if you have an airbed pump, use that to inflate the archway. You can inflate the board and the edges of the slide with either an airbed pump or the sort you use for a ball or bike tire. I will try to update this after we use it more. So far, we love it! ... show more

  • Great fun - likely one-time use only
This is a great item as long as you are ok with a one-time use, throw-away product. I purchased it for a birthday party and the kids had a lot of fun for ~$15. The product itself has many flaws. As stated by others, the hose that sprays water from the top of the arch is crooked. So in order for the water spray to actually accumulate on the slide part you have to place the arch at at angle to the slide vs. perpendicular as seen in the picture. Not the end of the world. However, the fatal design flaw is the connection point between your hose and the arch. The box doesn't come with the needed washer. So you spring a leak at that connection point. You deal with it by tightening the connection and carefully modulating the hose pressure. Now my hose is impossibly locked to the orange fitting on the arch. I literally have to chisel away the orange pastic part with a hammer and screw just so I can use my hose again some day. So like I said, this is a one time use product but can still be fun. ... show more

  • Arch not attached
This is a really cute product, but the design is so flawed. the arch part is what sprays the water out to keep the slide wet and it is not attached to the slide in anyway. this means it continually falls over and is a pain in the butt. Even if there's just a slight wind it falls right over. I ended up having to stand right next to it and hold it while the kids went down. The boogie board included with it held up to a 6-year-old and 2-year-old, but I don't know if it would for much older. Over all my kids loved it and will definitely get some use out of it, but it would have been really nice for it to be attached. ... show more

  • Took me a minute...
But my seven year old figured it out. Go figure. One thing the instructions do NOT tell you is that at the bottom of the arch that goes over the slide, there are two pockets that you fill up with water to weigh the arch down. Otherwise it falls on your 5 year old's head, and he cries because he got wet. I promise. All in all, pretty cool. The little raft thing that goes with it seems to be pretty durable, and we've set it up on out big hill quite a few times, Keep in mind, as with ANY slip and slide type product, sometimes your children will slide BEYOND the slide. Make sure there are no rocks, poison ivy, or charging bulls beyond the edge of the ramp. I guess it's pretty durable. My little guys are hard on things, and it's lasted a while so far. I haven't yet tried to sail down the thing myself. I'd fit, width wise, but I'm not sure it's quality control tested for 150 pounds. Maybe I'll try it in August, when it's time to put it away for the summer, and post an update. ... show more

  • WORST PURCHASE I HAVE EVER MADE ON AMAZON
I have been a loyal Amazon buyer for over 10 years and this purchase was by far the worst purchase I have ever made on Amazon. It arrived over a week late. It is of a quality and design that barely survived one use. It does not stand on its own- so I had to hold it up the whole time it was in use. The blow up valves were stuck. The water valve blew itself out repeatedly. It was expensive- at $59.95 you do not expect a one use toy. My four and a half year old doesn't know the difference and was able to have fun despite the shlock quality and high pricetag. So it was not an out of box failure - but it was a horrible, expensive and bad experience throughout. Do not buy this product. Save your money and get something else. ... show more

  • Best Slip and Slide on the market
We've bought every slip n slide out there over the years, and this one is by far the coolest and best made versions we've tried. My boys are 7 and 9 and they definitely approve. Squirt a little bit of dish soap for some added fun!! I do wish the bottom had more of a pool, but we can always add one at the end as a crash/landing pad. Like one of the other reviewer stated, make sure you add some water to the bottom of the tunnel to make sure it stays up. ... show more

  • Good for watering the grass...
This slip n slide does not get a vote of approval from me. First of all, the dome part is in no way attached, so a little bit of wind and it falls over - very annoying. Also, the dome is where the water comes from. The sprayer on ours is completely out of whack and sprays the grass more than it hits the actual slip n slide - sprays out to the sides. We twisted it as much as possible to get the water to hit the slip n slidie and I still had to have the water just barely leaking out to get the slide wet. Maybe we just got a bad one, because the reviews for this were so good, but I wish I'd just bought a normal slip n slide. ... show more

  • Fun in the sun!
Kids had a ball! Perfect entertainment for the backyard. Not for kids older than 9. It seems to be pretty short. My 7 year old grandson slides right off every time, has fun anyway!
