I really like this soft brace which was recommended for me by my foot doctor to give arch and ankle support. It gives more compression and support than just an over-the-counter ankle sleeve that you can buy in the drugstore. I gave it four stars only because I’ve been wearing it pretty much for the last three weeks and the elastic strap is stretching out and starting to loosen up a bit. I also should mention that I had to work with it to position it properly on my foot. The picture shows it being fastened at the back of the leg, but I actually do mine more on the side because I had problems with it rubbing the back of my heel. These are too bulky for me to wear with my walking shoes. I have tried to make them as lose as possible and yet it is just too much inside my shoes. I also tried them at yoga with no shoes but I have a yoga mat that doesn't allow your feet to slide on it so they didn't work on my mat. They probably would work on a different type of mat. I like this a lot! The pink is so cute 😄 I have tarsal coalition in both of my feet and it helps to have a little bit of support, specifically arch support. The arch support is great and it’s super comfortable. I’m a very small person; my shoe size is 5.5 and my legs are pretty skinny. I was pleasantly surprised that the sock part fit very well and is not loose. However, the strap part is just a little bit too long for me.
