I was in a bind because I wanted to get a contour kit but I didn't want to pay for 6 shades like a lot of the higher end kits come with, since you really only end up using the highlight and contour that work for you. I did end up finding a couple of high end duos, but they were just as expensive per ounce as the 6 shade kits! So I looked all over the internet and found this duo. I was really skeptical given how cheap it is, but I have to say I love it. I got it in light and the bronzer looks a lot more warm in the pot than it does on the internet, but once applied it was surprisingly subtle and did not look as warm as expected. It creates the shadow look as you intend to do with contouring. I will say that I would prefer the shade to be a bit darker, so I think I am also going to purchase the medium kit and use that contour with this highlight. However, that is still a way better deal than if I were to purchase a 4 pot kit from Sephora. This formula is pretty easy to blend and a little does go a long way. I get a fair amount of fallout when applying, but I'm not sure if that's due to the product or the cheap brush I'm using. It will fade a bit after a few hours, but will last at least 3-4 hours (enough for a party or a dinner). I was so pleased with this that I purchased a Sleek eye palette instead of the higher end palette I was going to purchase. Totally a fan! ... show more

Okay, so this is much smaller than expected, but there is almost 1/2 an ounce of product so not too bad. I ordered the 27 th of December and was expecting it to be here January 24-February 8 however I got it in the mail today (January 6!) which was a really nice surprise especially since it shipped to Tennessee from overseas! Arrived in perfect condition as well. As for the shades I got it in Light ( I'm am and p 20-30 in cover fx if that helps) and the highlight is beautiful!! The contour shade for me is much too warm but I should be able to use it as a bronzer just fine.The pigmentation is insane so be careful just a warning! ... show more

The highlight shade that I received was more yellow than what is advertised. The highlight shade advertised is a pink shade, which is what I was wanting, but the yellow one works fine. It doesn't give a grey cast like some highlight shades do, but in certain lights it just looks like a shiny yellow streak on my face. Other than that I love the product. It blends super smoothly and applies like a dream. If you are having problems with making your highlight really pop, put a base down, like a setting spray and then apply the highlight on the face while the face is still wet. You can also do this with a cream or a primer or a concealer. Just put the highlighter on before your setting powder if you put if over concealer! ... show more

    • Easy to Use, Good Colors, Great Price!
This is a great little contouring duo. The highlighter isn't too sparkly to where it exaggerates pores (or, in my case, acne pitting), and the contour color isn't super dark. I will say that it can go a little muddy on my fair skin if I over-apply, but if I'm careful with it and use a buffing brush to blend, it ends up looking natural and chisels my cheekbones very well for such a low price. I would advise anyone with extremely fair skin look for a contour color that is slightly less brown and more taupe, however (or just buy a kit specifically for fair skin). I’ve been using this product for years, and I always buy more of this same one when I run out. I have light-tan skin with warm undertones and this looks great with my skin tone. I tried switching to the benefits hoola bronzer for countouring a while back because it was so highly recommended but I couldn’t. This Sleek countour has a great color payoff and goes on smoothly with a brush. The highlight also works great. I love that you can build the intensity to the level that you want. I also sometimes use the contour as eyeshadow on my inner crease and then I define it with an actual darker eyeshadow shade on the outer corners ... show more

I realllllly wish I loved this more than I do. The color is just a touch too warm as a contour. I just don't get why brands can't figure out that contour needs to have an ashy undertone, not a warm undertone. You're creating the illusion of shadow when you contour. Shadows are not warm shades. Period. I was hoping to find a more affordable replacement for my beloved Kevyn Aucoin Sculpting Powder (which has an ashy undertone), but this is like the 10th product I've tried and still nothing compares to it. I will say that this is a beautiful bronzer though. The highlight is pretty too and the formula is very pigmented. It's a bit powdery and does have some fall out. It's not the most blendable and you've really gotta work to get it sheered out without any harsh lines. I just won't be using it as a contour but I can see myself using this as a bronzer every once in awhile. ... show more

My package arrived 5 days earlier than expected which was nice. I wish we had this brand in America. The powders are so finely milled and soft, not chalky at all, which was my main concern with the highlighter. I bought the "light" shade as i am quite fair (MAC nc15) it isnt too dark, very neutral not to gray not red. quite pigmented so use a light hand, i dont really have anything bad to say about this product, i do wish that the highlighter would show up more in photos although, summers coming up and no one wants to be super shiny looking. this is very natural looking, if you are a fan of the shimmery highlighters like i am you might want to try a different highlighter but for everyday this is nice and subtle. ... show more

It doesn't blend as effortlessly as high end contour kits (but totally understandable for its price) and it's a bit cool toned which kind of clashes with my olive skin tone.
