I am 5’7” 140 pounds medium was recommended but I went with small because I just hate fussing with leggings that creep down all the time. I use them here in North Dakota, both for layering and for exercise and these accomplish both tasks beautifully! These are absolutely perfect in every way, the fit is snug and firming without discomfort, quality of material A+++. I did at the same time pick up another brand just a little less expensive but far inferior to the quality of these, will definitely be buying more… love love love. ❣️

Update/I ended up sending back the XL and getting the L in both blue and the brown but with the pockets instead. The brown with the pockets fit like a dream. On the flip side, the blue with the pockets in large fit like they're a size or two smaller. The material does not have as much give in the blue as the browns. So I suggest sizing up if you go with the blue color./....These are the atypical "buttery soft" leggings. They have fantastic stretch, not the best compression, but they're really comfortable. If you're in between sizes I do suggest going down if you want more of a tight feel. I'm 55 190 lb and ordered the XL but will be returning them for the L. They're plenty long also which I absolutely love. With these I don't have to worry about them inching up toward the calf area. One thing is that the high waist is comfortable I didn't have any trouble with it rolling or falling down but, the waist is not the tightest. This is for those people who use these for exercise and might have a slight issue with them inching down while exercising.

These are my favorite leggings. I have them in multiple styles. I wear them alone or under my work pants for added warmth and protection from cold. Quality fabric, not see through and pet hair doesn’t stick to them easily like some other fabrics.

I'm impressed with these. I have cheap leggings and very expensive leggings. These are just as good as the expensive brand name ones. I'd like about 1 more inch on the rise but that's just personal preference. They don't roll down. 26" weight and I got the XS. Just enough compression/hold without being tight.
