to start off I don't think there is any better way to rate this sneaker than to say my last pair wore out and I immediately went to buy the exact same sneaker! I walk 3-5miles daily on asphalt and cement surfaces and have a smart watch that tracks my distances so I know that I went over 900miles on my last pair of Skechers Max Cushioning Endeavour Sneakers before replacing them with another pair - I'd say that's pretty durable. I have problem feet and weighed over 300 pounds when I started this walking program. These "Max Cushioning" sneakers were the only ones out of many that I have tried (including some very high priced brands that were a bunch of "Hokum" by how quickly they wore down) that actually held up over the miles and kept me going without foot pain. Without these Max Cushioning comfort, style, and great wear I don't think I could have kept up my walking program which helped me lose 40 pounds in 6 Months. I find that Skechers shoes are very true to fit sizing on a Brannick Device (shoe store fit measure) and their widths tend to run true to a little on the looser side. IMHO These sneakers are so much better than ones I've used costing more than twice the price! ... show more

Great shoes and a great price. I normally wear a 14 EW, but that size was way too large in these. Returned for the 13 EW and they fit just right out of the box. Cushy feel for sure.

    • Perfect for gym and treadmill, soles will wear out quickly on abrasive pavement

These shoes are perfect for indoor use in a gym or on a treadmill. They are extremely comfortable and do a fantastic job of absorbing impact when running or jumping. However, the soles are made of a foamlike material with a relatively thin covering. They do have glued on tread on high wear areas. If worn on a highly abrasive surface like cement or asphalt they will wear out very quickly. I just received my pair and noticed how squishy the soles were and checked the reviews to get information on durability. I highly recommend these for indoor use but not would use them for extended periods on pavement unless you like buying new shoes every few months. ... show more
