I'm normally a size 8.5, so I purchased this size. They fit almost perfectly. While the width was good, the heel kept sliding off slightly every time I took a step, even with socks on. I figured maybe I could size down, so I purchased a size 8. The size 8 fit me almost perfectly as well -- it was a great length and didn't slide off my heel, but the toe space was too narrow and my toes were uncomfortably crammed together. I'll probably keep the size 8.5 and figure out a workaround to minimize slippage because I love the appearance and material of these shoes. Other than the strange sizing, they're very comfortable to walk in and I'm sure they're good quality. ... show more
