No laces to come untied at work to get gross or become a tripping hazard with a completed dish or hot pan in hand if gone unnoticed during a rush...and the elastic no-laces laces keep them comfortably snug all day no matter your foot shape. I would suggest to order ½ size bigger than your normal sneakers...unless your go to out of work shoe of choice is also sketchers brand...then stay true to size. My 3 person family (me, my daughter & bf) all work in kitchens. All of us wear these at work and love them. We all will definitely be recording these next time.

Having suffered many MVA injuries, I need a shoe that wouldn't require the bending over/leg over thigh need to put on... hence my slip in purchase. The slip in ability on this particular shoe is so tight that I need to stand into and ridiculously wiggle my foot in with such pressure - not good healing from a tibia (knee) break and lower back fractures... While a different slip in style from the commercials... it is no slip in whatsoever!
