I have been having pain in my knees for quite some time. Decided to see if these shoes would help..and they do! Other walking shoes tip your feet up at the heel, putting pressure on the knees. These shoes cradle your heels, so you are walking more level, reducing knee pressure. I couldn't believe how great my knees felt! They may not help everyone's knees, but they sure have helped mine. Ordered a second pair!

I had ligament release surgery due to bad shoes over many years. My doctor recommended shoes where the toe rises. He said get Hoka. So, I went to the store, got fitted and brought home incredibly expensive Hokas. Needless to say I returned them because they just caused me pain. I found Sketchers, this model and one other, and when I wear them, I have no pain in the soles of my feet! Praise God! I've bought several of these, and will continue to do so!
