I needed some better padded shoes for work because I’m on my feet 40 hours a week, and I needed them ASAP. Also needed the wide size which are hard to find locally in stores. I went by my usual size and they fit perfectly. These are the first slip-in shoes I’ve bought and the elastic shoestring works just right. I was afraid my taller foot shape might make the laces too tight but they’re fine, and the shoe stays snug when I walk. The sole cushion is very comfy, like walking on clouds compared to my last shoes. Time will tell how well the outside holds up because they are just a fabric covering. These are not shoes to take any kind of punishment or side-side motion, because they have no side reinforcement or extra rubber bumper protection. But for basic standing & walking, I think you’ll like them, and the price is good. ... show more

Comfortable shoe with extra cushioning great for my job where I stand for 4.5 hours a day. My only caution is that being a long time Sketchers user (normally bought in a brick and mortar), suddenly their sizes are all over the place. My usual size is a 12 wide, but in some models a standard width fits better, nice to try before I buy. Bought a different model sketchers in a 12 wide and it was way too small, sent it back but that model was not available in a 13 wide. So I got this shoe in a 13 wide and it was way too big, returned and ordered in 12 wide and it fits perfectly. I thought that different models in the same brand would be sized the same, too much hassle returning twice third time was the charm. ... show more
