Comfortable right out of the box. Good value compared to shoe store. I’m old so I use a long shoe horn to put them on but the slip on works good. Has regular shoe laces so you can adjust the fit or replace. I replaced with elastic shoe laces mainly because of the aggravation of my laces coming untied. The sizing chart didn’t seem quite right so I measured my feet at the shoe store and the shoes fit perfectly. They are lightweight and I feel stable walking in them. I will order again when I need more. Since they aren’t water resistant I may buy these mistakenly thinking spray and waterproof them myself. ... show more

These sneakers are very comfortable and easy to slip on. The hands free feature works great, and the wide fit feels true to size for me without being bulky. They're lightweight, supportive, and good for everyday wear or long periods on my feet. Name brand, so they are great. Very comfy. So far have lasted through many work days. Just now (2 months later) have started to show signs of breaking down. Still super comfy. I wear them everyday, so I expected wear and tear. While leaving this review, noticed they can use a cleaning. Will update if they get destroyed :) After clean update! The fact that Skechers come in wide sizes makes me a repeat customer. Good fit and comfortable. The slip on feature is basically a stiff heel that doesn't get crushed when pushing your foot in. The lacing looks conventional so you tie it to fit and from then on you slip in. The heels are pretty thick so they'll add an inch to your height. The slip in feature is great for old people that have trouble bending to tie their shoes. LOL ... show more

It takes a little more to slip into these than some of the other Skechers I have purchased (and loved) but if you're hiking in them, that's probably the point. Once your feet are firmly in the shoes, these are just as comfortable as the more "loafer-like" Skechers. The traction is probably much better than the loafer Skechers and they are just as lightweight! These are wonderful shoes! ... show more
