The only issue I have is because I have a high instep the opening to slide your foot into is a touch small. I was told by a friend about Sketchers….I used to turn my nose up to them. I was wrong….I had achy feet when I sat in the car or in a chair too long. I thought that I had to live with that until in conversation and they said to give them a try! As soon as a put them one, I could feel the support conforming to my feet, or maybe vice-versa..? I bought these for my teenage son. He is Really hard on shoes. They usually like he’s been secretly putting them in the blender by the time they are 1 week old. He has had several pairs of these and they usually look fairly presentable for a least a few months and hold up for about 6-9 months before we move on. Perfect for my feet. Faux lace-ups just slip on and ready to wear with jeans or khakis. Not sure why it is important that they tag these as vegan (big green tag clipped on a chain to the back) but I hope they are as durable as the last pair I had that cost twice as much as they did here. This is the second pair of this shoe that I have owned. The first pair was brown and I wore them out, but they were great shoes. I hope the blue ones last as long and hold up as well because the first pair did very well. My foot is very thick and these shoes are great for a big wide thick foot

    • Peeling rubber outsole

After about five wearings I noticed the sides of the soles were blistering. Soon after the rubber began to peel in a few places. The shoes were not exposed to any chemicals or unusual conditions, basically walking around the neighborhood.

The style makes it seem like these are regular sneakers it turns out that they are slip-ons pretending to be regular sneakers. Quite disappointing given that this is probably the 10th pair of shoes I have tried on from Amazon. The fit is OK but I can't help to feel that the material is cheap and the shoes will get too lose over time which will cause the shoe to slip off while walking.
