My 91-year old father became interested in Skechers about 9 years ago. At that time there was an actual "Skechers" store and we made a trip over there. I ended up getting my dad two pairs and that was it, all of his other shoes (of which were many high quality brands) became obsolete. He became a Skechers guy and over the years I've purchased several other pairs for him. He was delighted when the hands free slip-ins were launched, no more shoe laces for him and he threw away his shoe horn. I noticed recently his shoes looked like that had seen better days. I did some online searching and came upon these. Not only are they a really nice looking pair of shoes they are the slip-in style which is a main search criteria. My dad doesn't do a lot of walking these days, however the max cushioning had him smiling from ear to ear. Even though he can't see well and doesn't get out much he likes nice things and he appreciates the comfort and technology of these shoes and is very happy! ... show more

This is my second pair of these shoes. Replacing them after 2 years. The old pair will become yard shoes. I've worn these virtually everyday. I did put a pair of orthotic inserts into them which makes them absolutely perfect. I've got 3 other pairs of Sketchers slip ins in various types. I love these shoes. Very comfortable, easy on, easy off. great for walking. I'm in the tech industry so its acceptable to wear these with a business casual outfit at work, at conferences where I walk alot and at client sites. Highly recommend. ... show more

    • Great shoe but need a regular Wide size

This is a really good shoe. I was having my hip replaced and needed a good slip-on. I normally take a 11 1/2 Wide, but ordered the Medium. These fit great, but are too tight with socks on. I then ordered the Extra Wide and these are also great. Only problem is I need heavy socks to keep my feet from floating around when walking. They are true slip-ins and I kept them both. I now have a warm weather sockless shoe and a cooler weather one with socks. If they have a 11 1/2 Wide option, I would have needed only one shoe. Wow sooo comfortable and easy to put on and off. Looks are a bit unusual for my taste but I don't care because they are so good to wear. Very good price too for what appears to be excellent quality. Easily the best sneakers I have ever had .
