The feel is very close to barefoot, but much better for in-house wear. Maybe I just got lucky on size, but these fit perfectly. I usually dislike any kind of slippers, and I'm not really accustomed to wearing shoes indoors, but it's easy to not notice that I have these on, like socks with cushioning and soles, and more comfortable than just socks.
