Whatever your size is, that's the size to buy. They don't run big or small, they are perfectly made. And they have cushioning in them too. Very comfortable to walk in. I had surgery on both my big toes at the same time. I have other Skecher casual shoes but this is my first pair of Skecher athletic shoes. They are very light weight with great arch support and are extremely comfortable in the gym and just wearing them for everyday use. The fact that I like the looks of them is an added bonus. Got these after the ones I ordered were unsatisfactory. These fit well and are comfortable to wear, very light. In spite of the odd black spot on the top of one shoe (looked like an ink spot), I decided the comfort of the shoes overshadowed this small defect.

Fits well; I have very wide feet (6E) and the extra wide gave me enough room without being too big one size up. I also have planar fasciitis but these shoes are very comfortable and supportive!
