I compared these with the Arch-Fit model by Sketchers and even though I have flat feet, I liked the comfort of this shoe better. My purpose for buying them was a slip-on to wear primarily around the house in the summer and without socks. The mesh upper is relatively cool for my feet, and I find these shoes a comfortable shoe which is easy to slip on (also has a heel loop to help pull them on, though I don't use it much, but nice to have). The one downside I discovered today, which I think other reviewers may have mentioned. In wearing them outside for a few minutes around the yard, the sole is a serious rock catcher which picks up small to small/medium sized rocks! I found this out after scratching our wood floor . . . It's not a deal breaker for this shoe and I will just have to be careful if I happen to wear them outside. So I'm knocking off 1 star for this reason, though quite happy with the shoe otherwise.

I ordered this pair to replace another Skechers model I've been wearing for 2.5 years, just beginning to show signs of wear. In other reviews I read that these tend to run large. I've been a 10 extra wide for over 70 years, so I ordered 9.5 extra wide, and they fit perfectly. Another review complained about the thicker sole interfering with using the brake in the car. There's some truth in that, but it doesn't take long to adjust to the extra 1/4 to 1/2 inch. I love these shoes.

Material is flexible so you can wiggle them on easy if you need to. The opening stretches out, but at first it looks narrow, so you can't just step in them, if your feet are wide. If that's what you need, I'd look for a step in shoe, which are double the price of these. I'm happy though, I can wiggle them on ok, and they are very comfortable, walking in them very nice. They are true to size. Skechers have been my favorite shoes for years, and these keep up that tradition. My rating is 4.5 out of 5. Couldn't do half star to add to the 4

Purchased these for my husband for wearing in the summer with shorts. The color is nice and doesn't look "heavy" . The shoes don't look big and bulky when he wears them. He has 2 other pair of Black Skecher GO Walk which he loves. These are just as comfortable as his other pairs. He does use added insoles for extra arch support and there is enough room to not make the shoe feel "crowded".

I'm retired and was looking for a pair of easy to slip-on sneakers for traveling thru airports, and those long walking days visiting sites on vacations. I have a 9.5 long, and solid 4E wide foot with a very high top arch and finding comfortable slip-ons inwhich I can get my foot into has proven difficult to find. These are a perfect fit. I have approximately a quarter inch of front toe space and the width is almost perfect. There is still a tiny bit of bulge on the side, as my foot width is actually a little greater than 4E but it hardly noticeably. So these are spot on for sizing according to a 9.5 - 4E foot measurement. These are the best fitting footwear I have ever owned. As for the slip-on factor, my foot easily slips in due to the elastic tongue, but I still need to reach down and gently pull up on the heal tab, but it is essentially effortless. For someone without a high top arch, they maybe able to just slip their foot in, it depends more on your overall foot structure. I can easily remove them without bending over by gently holding the heal with my other foot. As for comfort, I couldn't ask for anything more comfortable. My foot fits comfortably snug without a pressure points, or looseness, including heal section. They have somthing called GOGA MAT cushion, which provides a gel like cushion support with more of firm foam like even distribution. It doesn't have the jelly like squishy feel, but more of a firm supportive sponge. It's like walking on a firm cloud. My body also runs hot so my feet perspire and I live in sandels around the house. They state they are air cooled, and the couple times I have briefly used them, they appear to provide some relief in this area, as my feet didn't feel hot, but it is hard for me to say diffentively yet. But, these appear to be the best footware purchase I have ever made and I can't wait to try them out on our upcoming 2 week vacation with a lot of walking planned. Due to my foot shape, I am very rough on footware, so we will see how these hold up over time. I will only return to this review for update, if I find these do not live up to expectation in any way.

I purchased four pairs of the Evolution Ultra’s since discovering them here at the end of 2022. I really benefitted from the stretchy material over the top of the toe box (with no decorative trim on top) which accommodated a larger joint in my left toe without pain. Same reason I order wide width. Easy slip-on and off. The cushy footbed has really helped relieve foot pain in the heel and ball of my feet, especially on longer walks. There does not appear to be much of an arch support in them so I do use an insert ( Powerstep Bridge or similar) and I have to use a 5mm heel lift as well for my left foot. All of this tends to make shoe shopping a real bother, especially if you can’t try them on, like at a shoe store. I’ve purchased all extra wides but in sizes of 13, 12.5 and now 12. All of these shoes were a bit snug initially. The 13’s started as in-house only shoes, like slippers, but are now very loose. The 12.5’s, over time, have loosened up and my heels tend to slip out quite easily, even with thicker socks. The 12’s were fairly tight at first but are now just about right after almost 2 weeks of daily use. Size 13 was suggested by Amazon as being the best likely fit for customers with similar shoe orders. I with I could exchange the earlier purchases but am past the 30 day window. Overall, these shoes have been a great help to me and I’ve recommended them to many people. Pricing is a while lot better (saves about $100) than the NB shoes I’ve used for many years that just don’t work for me anymore (too much drop, more of a running shoe than walking shoe).
