This sneaker wasn't quite what I had been expecting when I ordered it (no shoelaces???), but it has turned out to be one of my all-time favorites! I like being able to slip my sneakers on and off without having to untie and re-tie laces, so I always loosen the laces a bit on my non-workout, daily walking around sneakers to make them work that way--but then have to deal with a much looser fit, not great for long brisk walks, etc. Enter these beauties by Skecher! How smart of them: make a sneaker that's easy to slip on and off without laces but still hugs your foot well enough to give actual support. I wore these all over Acadia recently when I didn't need actual hiking boots, and they were great. It feels like there's a very substantial support plank under the sole lending a solid feel and even a spring to your step, and they also feel great for driving. So these would have been my third pair of Skechers and even though they don't look like it these are very lightweight great pair of shoes unfortunately I did not order my size in the wide width I should have known better but that's on me ,, please note these are listed as slip resistant but not restaurant grade slip resistant I work in a kitchen and was kind of sliding all over the place so I immediately took them off and put on my backup pair that I keep in the car and our floors aren't even that wet so I thought it would be okay but not really they are true to size exactly so you don't have to worry about that just order your size they don't run big they don't run small they fit what you order I can definitely recommend these shoes but not for the kitchen at work they look great otherwise and are very comfortable with thick soles & memory foam.. I like them a lot but ended up going with a different shoe since I work in restaurants and I didn't order wide width ... show more

I first started buying this shoe from another vendor and really liked how they fit. 9.5 wide width was really just that and my toes had enough room to be comfortable. The arch support is good, even so I wear inserts in all my shoes. The quality of the materials is what you might expect from any mid-priced shoe. Ironically, some colors were more durable than others leading me to assume different vendors or different factories made the shoe. Nonetheless I am glad to have them for the beginning of the fall season. Good support. No laces and no velcro. I also like the Merrill Jungle Moc in case these are not available in the future. ... show more

I got the extra wide. I like the not squishing my toes feel. They look and great and fit well. I was concerned about slip on. But I am not running a marathon and they seem snug and so easy to put on. Have used these for my morning walks. I am 100% satisfied.

I was disappointed at first at how tight they were, but after a couple of days they were broke in pretty good. I think these are one of the best shoes I've had in years. They are perfect for wearing after my recent knee surgery.

I got shoes I paid a lot more for that don’t even come close to the comfort and convenience of these. Way to go Skechers. Keep making products like this.
